Chelsea Downs

Chelsea Downs is a Senior Manager at ClimateWorks Foundation, where they plan and manage collaborative session design for a bi-annual funder convening focused on climate philanthropy. With over eight years of experience in project and program management, Chelsea has successfully built partnerships and led diverse initiatives, including global development convenings attended by over 1,500 participants from 25 countries. Past roles include Senior Program Associate at the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) and Project Manager at CEGA, where they drove strategic initiatives and developed vital partnerships. Chelsea earned a Master of International Affairs from UC San Diego with a focus on international development and nonprofit management.
