Currently serving as the Operation Manager of the Beijing Representative Office at ClimateWorks Foundation, Xia previously worked as a Senior Administrative Officer at TFT - The Forest Trust and as the Operational Manager at Beijing HeYi Green Foundation. Xia also has experience as an Office Manager & Field Financial Manager at the American Bar Association.
