Nicholas Leach

Nick Leach currently serves as a Storms Scientist (Senior Associate) at Climate X since August 2022 and has also held the position of Storms Scientist (Associate). Additionally, Nick Leach is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford's Department of Physics, a role assumed in October 2022. Previous leadership roles at the Oxford University Hockey Club included President, Club Secretary, and Sponsorship Secretary, where responsibilities encompassed administration, sponsorship acquisition, and event organization. Academic qualifications include a DPhil in Physical Climate from the University of Oxford, completed in 2023, and a Master’s Degree in Physics from the same institution, achieved in 2018. Earlier experience includes a summer research placement focusing on carbon cycle modeling and a research internship at Glaxo Smith Kline involving data analysis.
