Calla Sneller

Calla Sneller is a seasoned professional in conservation, community engagement, and program management with a diverse background in various organizations. Currently serving as the Guardians Senior Program Officer at Re:wild, Calla manages grants and programming that support minority-led conservation initiatives. As a Community Facilitator with Climatebase, Calla mentors aspiring climate tech professionals, leveraging expertise to facilitate career transitions. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at SALT & CLAY, where Calla optimized business operations, and Interim Programs Director at Defensores de la Cuenca, where program strategy for watershed conservation was developed. Calla also held senior positions at World Learning, managing substantial grant portfolios, and contributed to educational initiatives as a mentor and English Teaching Assistant through the Fulbright Program. Calla holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management from the School for International Training and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies with a focus on Spanish from The Ohio State University.
