Chayan Deb

Chayan Deb is a UX design lead with a strong focus on sustainability and effective digital experiences. They began their career as a Technical Analyst at Cognizant and later held positions at notable companies such as Microsoft, where they contributed to the design of Office suite products, and du, where they managed UX design for eCommerce offerings. Chayan is currently an Associate Director UX at Publicis Sapient, building a data-driven design offering, and also serves as a mentor at Springboard. Their educational background includes a Master’s degree in New Media Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. Chayan is also involved as a Fellow at Climatebase, expanding their knowledge in corporate sustainability and circular economy.
