Chelsea Freeman is an accomplished professional with a strong background in environmental planning and consulting, currently serving as a Planner 1 for the City of St. Petersburg and participating in the Climatebase Fellowship. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner 1 (Case Manager) for Manatee County Government and various positions at Alpha EMC, where responsibilities included managing remote teams and overseeing stormwater compliance inspections. Chelsea's work history also features roles as an Area Manager at Path Light Pro, a Senior Technician II at Environmental Consulting & Technology, and experience in aquaculture and fisheries observation. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavioral Biology from Beloit College and has further education from the Galápagos Institute for Arts & Sciences.
