Dante Passera

Dante Passera is a Senior Product Design Leader with over 15 years of experience in product development, UX design, and project oversight. They have a proven ability to integrate AI into design strategies and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Dante's accomplishments include significant improvements in user engagement and customer acquisition through platform enhancements, as well as mentoring individuals into leadership positions. Currently, they serve as a Fellow at Climatebase and work as a Product Design Consultant at Passera Design. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Electronic Arts from Wayne State University.
