Evan Hynes

Evan Hynes has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. In 2011, they were the Director of Undie Run Santa Barbara and President of SB Media Group. In 2012, they were an Intern at Coastal Fund (Associated Students, UCSB) and a Social Media Specialist for a California-funded project at the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention. In 2013, they worked as an Account Manager for Oracle. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for Make School, Hackers Of, and Ikiguide. In 2020, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Climatebase, the world's leading platform for climate careers.

Evan Hynes received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UC Santa Barbara in Technology Entrepreneurship, Communication, & Fine Art. In 2011 they also obtained a Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate (TEC) from UC Santa Barbara. In 2016, Hynes received a Summer Academy Certificate in iOS Development from Make School. In 2018, they obtained a certificate from First Step Coding in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
