Grace-Maya Silver is a Water Reuse Program Developer at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, focusing on assessing and planning for water reuse standards across Oregon. Currently a Climatebase Fellow, Grace-Maya specializes in climate science and technologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Water Resources Technician for the City of San Luis Obispo, where responsibilities included developing water conservation programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. As the Director of WASH Sustainability & Engagement at CLEAN International, Grace-Maya managed global water scarcity projects and was an inventor of a remote water sensor prototype. Previous roles also include Hydrology Field Technician for the State Water Resources Control Board and Hydrology Project Manager Team Lead at Hui O Ka Wai Ola, with extensive experience in water quality testing and data analysis. Grace-Maya holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
