Jackson Castro is a Climatebase Fellow at Climatebase since March 2024, participating in the climate career accelerator program. Previously, as a Partner Engagement Manager at CHERP, Inc. from September 2022 to August 2023, Jackson managed the development of Core Energy Groups for Locally Grown Power Solar Micro-Factories across multiple states and facilitated growth of the LGP Network through technical communication. Jackson also led a team of Harvey Mudd students in the Factories for the Future initiative, focusing on sustainable photovoltaic manufacturing. Additional experience includes research roles at Harvey Mudd College, where Jackson worked on silicon solar cells and energy storage systems. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Harvey Mudd College in 2022.
