Krystal Johnson

Krystal Johnson, MA, PhD, currently serves as a Fellow in the Sustainability Consulting Accelerator at OnePointFive and a member of the Climate Vine, engaging with a network of global climate leaders. As a Climatebase Fellow, Krystal is immersing in the climate space through collaborative efforts. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at ILLUME Advising, LLC, and as Director of Strategy at Keecha Harris and Associates, Inc., Krystal developed strategic plans and innovative research methodologies that resulted in significant business growth and enhanced service delivery. With a background in research and planning at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Krystal has effectively driven health equity initiatives and evaluation strategies. Krystal holds a PhD in Architecture and an MA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complemented by a BA in Social Sciences from Alverno College.
