Previously, Lyla was the Marketing Campaign Manager for SF Climate Week and the Senior Art Director at Optum, where contributions included leading culture initiatives and enhancing employee engagement through marketing collateral. Earlier experience includes roles as an Art Director at Rally Health and a Communications Campaign Manager at 350 Bay Area Action, focusing on communication strategies and brand development. Additional expertise in animation and illustration was demonstrated through work on the Animation Outlaws Documentary and various freelance projects, showcasing a diverse skill set in creative strategy, art direction, and digital media.
