Mary P. is a strategy and operations leader focused on scaling mission-driven companies within climate tech and mobility sectors. They founded The Mary Pharris Group, LLC, where they consulted for nonprofit and political clients, significantly enhancing revenue and cost efficiency. Previously, Mary held various senior roles at Fairygodboss, including Director of Business Development and Partnerships, and Director of Strategy & Operations at Via, where they managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls and developed growth strategies. Currently, they serve as a Fractional Strategy and Operations Consultant at Bright Side Strategies and as a Fellow at Climatebase. Mary earned a BA in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Texas and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
