Michael Bass

Michael Bass is a versatile creative strategist and producer with extensive experience in the realms of storytelling, immersive media, and technology. Currently serving as a Fellow at Climatebase since March 2025, Bass previously held roles at Future of StoryTelling and Melcher Media, focusing on innovative storytelling across various platforms. Prior experience includes positions at The Endless Co., Oculus VR as a Launch Pad Fellow, and The Brown Daily Herald, where Bass pioneered an Immersive section. Noteworthy accomplishments also include leadership as Editor In Chief at the Brown Political Review and curation roles at the Ivy Film Festival. Michael Bass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Culture & Media from Brown University and furthered education at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
