Morgan Campbell has a diverse work experience. They began their career as the President & CEO of the Alma Mater Society of Queen's University from May 2011 to April 2012. After that, they joined the Bell Executive Leadership Program, where they held positions such as Credit Limit Program Manager, Campaign Marketing Analyst, and Business Analyst for Mobile Accessories. In these roles, they were responsible for developing strategies, managing projects, and implementing systems to improve customer experience and reduce losses.

Morgan then worked at Influitive as a Partner Marketing Lead and later as Partner Operations from September 2016 to March 2017. They continued their career at ON24 as a Senior Marketing Manager for the Partner Ecosystem from March 2017 to June 2018. Following that, they took a sailing sabbatical with the Voyage of the Zephyr from June 2018 to November 2019.

In 2019, Morgan joined Google as a Partner Marketing Manager for the GCP Marketplace, where they worked until July 2020. They then joined Attentive as a Senior Marketing Manager for Technology Partnerships from August 2020 to March 2022. Morgan later joined Vitally.io as the Director Of Partnerships from March 2022 to August 2022.

Most recently, Morgan is working at Climatebase as the Director for San Francisco Climate Week starting from January 2023.

Morgan Campbell attended Wayzata High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Queen's University from 2007 to 2011. At Queen's University, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors (BAH) degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their formal education, Morgan also obtained an Influitive Partner Certification from Influitive in December 2014.
