Natasha Abrol

Natasha Abrol is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, outreach, and research across various sectors. At American Express, Natasha served as Lead Trainer, significantly increasing trainee performance and retention rates, while receiving multiple promotions in a short time. Following this, Natasha worked at Safeducate as a Training Partner, successfully training underprivileged women, achieving a 90% job attainment success rate. Natasha further contributed to PEN America as an intern, creating custom reports and conducting research for events. Subsequent roles included a Language Assistant position at Stirnweiss Finck et Associés, and as a Research Assistant at State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, focusing on sustainability initiatives. Currently, Natasha is a Fellow at Climatebase and recently worked as a Borough Analyst with the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation.
