Nnamdi Ebinama

Nnamdi Ebinama is an accomplished environmental professional with diverse experience in environmental compliance, planning, and science. Currently serving as an Environmental Compliance Specialist at MTA Maryland and an Environmental Scientist at AECOM since June 2024, Nnamdi is also a Climatebase Fellow, participating in Cohort 3 of the Climatebase Fellowship. Prior experience includes working as a Natural Resource Planner at the Maryland Department of the Environment and an Environmental Technician at Environmental Research Group, LLC, where responsibilities included monitoring for the Oyster Restoration Project. Nnamdi has held leadership roles and managed youth programs, as evidenced by a position as Youth Conservation Corps Coordinator at MobilizeGreen. Nnamdi began professional development in the clean energy sector as an Account Manager for United Systems Inc and has also gained experience in facility management and farm operations. Nnamdi holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the University of Maryland.
