Peter Hess

Peter Hess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and sustainability. Currently serving as a Climatebase Fellow since September 2023, Peter is involved in a community-based educational initiative focused on climate change. Prior to this, Peter has worked as a Senior Consultant at Slalom since March 2019, where responsibilities include designing and implementing sustainable operating models and workforce development strategies. Peter's previous role as a Master Practitioner at The North Highland Company involved leading complex projects centered around technology and sustainability. As Managing Director of CHANGE Partners, Inc. from 1997 to 2010, Peter facilitated organizational workforce transitions and enhanced outcomes for various types of organizations. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Swarthmore College and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University.
