Suzanne Schadel

Suzanne (Suzy) Schadel, E.I.T, currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Commodity Market Transformation Initiative and Oil and Gas Solutions at RMI, while also holding the position of Expert-In-Residence at OnePointFive and serving as a ClimateBase Founding Fellow. Previously, at GHD, Suzanne achieved significant roles, including Project Manager and Sustainability and Resiliency Service Line Coordinator, implementing major improvements to public water system projects and leading sustainability initiatives. Early experience includes research at AidData and Stantec, along with internships at Shell and the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, where contributions ranged from emissions data optimization to infrastructure simulation development. Suzanne earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and participated in a study abroad program in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Queensland.
