Jeff Davis, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Climatec, LLC, overseeing multiple high-profile projects in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas since August 2023. Previously, as Area Contracting Manager at Trane Technologies from October 2021 to May 2023, Jeff managed the Building Automation business operations across several California counties. With extensive experience in project management, including roles at Enovity and Envise where strategic project support and team mentoring were key responsibilities, Jeff has also contributed to youth sports as Team Manager for LA Galaxy Southbay and served as Race Director for a bicycle race series. An entrepreneur, Jeff owned and operated Ladera Cyclery, while earlier career roles included Sales Engineer at Siemens Building Technologies. Jeff holds an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
