Kristal U. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and analysis. Currently serving as Project Manager and formerly as Project Coordinator at Climatec, LLC since May 2021, Kristal has honed skills in overseeing complex projects. Prior experience includes working as an Immigration Analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from May 2019 to September 2020, and holding roles as Buyer and Senior Business Operations Support Specialist at Fluor Corporation from August 2014 to May 2019. Kristal holds a PhD in International Development and Security from The University of Southern Mississippi, a Masters Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from California State University-Dominguez Hills, a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of South Florida, and an Associates in General Education from St. Petersburg College.
