Ronald Kleefman

Ronald Kleefman has a diverse work experience in financial roles, primarily focusing on finance, controlling, and accounting. Ronald has worked for various companies, including Climatec, LLC as the CFO (Vice President), where they led the finance and accounting activities. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Finance Controlling and Accounting EMEA at Bosch Security Systems, where they were responsible for driving profitable growth in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Ronald also served as the Plant Commercial Manager at Bosch (Zhuhai) Security Systems Ltd. Furthermore, Ronald Kleefman has extensive experience at Bosch Security Systems, where they held various roles such as Director Finance and Controlling, Business Unit Controller, and EMEA Sales Controller. Ronald has also worked at Robert Bosch and Philips Consumer Lifestyle in financial and controlling positions.

Ronald Kleefman began their education journey in 1988 by enrolling at Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Ronald pursued a degree in Business Economics and completed their studies in 1992. Fast forward to the year 2000, Ronald entered University once again, this time focused on Business Management. Ronald spent six years at the institution, though their degree status remains unknown. Continuing their academic pursuits, they pursued a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from 2007 to 2009 at the same University. Lastly, in 2010, Ronald pursued another Master's degree, this time in Business Management, which they completed in 2011.
