Katie Kross is the Managing Director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they direct programming to support students interested in sustainability. They co-founded ClimateCAP, facilitating a global MBA summit focused on climate and business, and serve as the creator and managing editor of MBA EDGE, offering insights on business and sustainability. Previously, Kross was President of the North Carolina Sustainability Center and Executive Director of the Center for Sustainable Enterprise at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. They have also held various roles in marketing and research, and are an author and speaker on sustainability careers.
