Tierney Smith

Tierney Smith has extensive experience in communications, particularly in climate change and sustainability sectors. As Communications Manager for The Tree, Tierney led the UK and cross-European branches, facilitating global communications on climate issues. Positions at The Science Based Targets Initiative and CDP involved shaping strategic content direction while enhancing user experience. As Head of Communications at Climate Catalyst, Tierney established a communications function and revamped the organization's brand. Additional roles include voluntary director at Sims Hill Shared Harvest and past communications and content roles at various environmental organizations. Tierney holds an MA in Multi Media Journalism from Bournemouth University and a BA in Communications from the University of Leeds.
