Regie Roth

Regie Roth, Development Operations Manager at Climate Central, is responsible for managing the internal operations for the development team. Her role includes managing the donor database, conducting prospect research, ensuring donors are well stewarded, organizing donor events, and coordinating the annual giving campaign.

Before joining Climate Central in 2018, Regie was the Fund Development Associate at Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, NJ for six years. Prior to working at Carrier Clinic, Regie worked at Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Princeton Mercer Bucks where she was the Special Events Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator.

Regie has decades of experience as a volunteer lay leader in her community including serving for two years as Board President of her synagogue and two years as Board President of a women’s community service organization. She is currently a Trustee of a social service agency that provides emergency financial support to struggling families in Middlesex County.

Regie founded Action Africa, a nonprofit that provides grants to African organizations that serve disadvantaged women, children and families.

Regie graduated from Lehigh University where she earned a B.A. in Art History.
