Joe Divish

Joe Divish is currently the Fabrication Manager at Climatech Industries, where they lead and oversee daily operations in the fabrication department. Previously, Joe held various roles including Fabrication Planner and Buyer within the same company, as well as positions at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing and Moonlight Freight Services, where they gained expertise in procurement and logistics. Joe began their career as an Inclusion Specialist at the Southdale YMCA, providing care and programming for children. They hold a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from The University of North Dakota.
