Joe Cappello

Joe Cappello currently serves as Vice President of Sales at ClimateCraft, where they oversee sales and distribution management for a custom air handling manufacturer. They have a long track record of building successful sales teams and leading organizations in the HVAC and air cleaning markets, including eight years as President of ClimateCraft prior to their appointment as VP of Sales. Their prior leadership roles include President of General Air Systems; Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Regional Sales Manager, and Manager of National Account Sales at AAF/McQuay; Director of Sales for Marlo; and Vice President of Global Sales for Trion. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Finance from LaSalle University and completed Officer’s Basic and Advanced Leadership and Management Training in the United States Army, where they served three years on active duty and five years in the Ready Reserve, separating as a Captain.
