Nick Catania

Nick Catania has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nick currently works at ClimatePoint as the Head of Methodology, where they are responsible for developing the company's methodology and aligning their platform with international standards. Prior to this, they worked at Hudson Valley Biogas as the Team Principal & Lead Researcher, focusing on biogas production and renewable energy infrastructure.

In addition, Nick has experience in outdoor adventure documentation as a Sponsored Contributor at Outdoor Project, and they also founded and directed Honey Bees 911 LLC, a public reporting system for honey bee swarms. Nick has a passion for video production and has worked as a Producer, Director, Editor, Sound Designer, and Composer through their own company, Nick Catania Productions.

Furthermore, Nick has been involved in software design and entrepreneurship as the Co-Founder & President of NickelBus, Inc., where they developed motorcoach management solutions for the travel industry. Concurrently, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music & Technology from the same institution. In 2019, they enrolled at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Ecology, which they completed in 2021.
