Ian McLeod

Ian McLeod has a diverse work experience timeline. Ian is currently the VP Product at Climative since April 2023. Prior to that, they were a Partner and founder at Ethos Ridge starting from June 2020. In 2019, they served as a Board Member at Fredericton Bouldering Coop. From November 2018 to January 2023, they worked at JUUL Labs as a Senior Director of Simulation R&D, where they managed a team and orchestrated product development processes. Before that, they were the CEO of Envenio Inc. from June 2010 to November 2018. Their earlier experiences include working as a Research Engineer at Forest Protection Limited from August 2007 to August 2011 and as a Mechanical Engineer at Sterling Cooper & Associates from August 2006 to June 2007.

Ian McLeod completed their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 1999 to 2006.
