Winston Morton

Winston Morton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Winston is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Climative, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Climative from September 2018 to January 2023.

Before joining Climative, Morton was a Member of the Board of Directors at Halifax Partnership starting from May 2017. Winston also served as the Vice President of Managed Services at MOBIA Technology Innovations from November 2017 to September 2018, and as the Director of Cloud Strategy at Bulletproof Solutions from August 2015 to November 2017.

Morton held the title of Vice President of Technology at LinkBermuda from April 2011 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing integrated voice, data, and carrier-grade cloud computing facilities in Bermuda, Canada, and the United States.

Prior to joining LinkBermuda, Morton was a Technical Sales Team Lead at Allstream from September 2007 to March 2010. Winston was also the Vice President of Technology at Thor Solutions from September 2001 to September 2007, where they focused on security solutions including compliance assessment tools, wireless security, security consulting, security training, and managed security services.

Morton served as a Board Member at National Privacy Solutions Inc from November 2003 to August 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at Marconi Communications from March 2000 to September 2001, where they provided enterprise broadband and optical networks to customers throughout Eastern Canada. Winston started their career as a Solution Architect at Nova Scotia Power in 1997.

Winston Morton attended the University of New Brunswick from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. Winston'sfield of study specifically focused on Electrical Engineering.
