Will Wiseman

Will Wiseman's work experience is as follows:

- Climatize: Will is the CEO and Co-Founder of Climatize, a Climate FinTech company that allows individuals to invest in renewable energy projects. They have received recognition and awards, such as Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2023 for Social Impact and being selected for various accelerators and competitions.

- Enduring Planet: Will works as a Scout for Enduring Planet.

- Global Solutions Initiative: Will was selected as a 2022 Young Global Changer and was recognized in the top 10 at the Recoupling Awards 2022.

- Techstars: Will was part of the Techstars Boulder 2022 Fintech Class.

- Seeds Renewables SL.: Will was the CEO and Co-Founder of Seeds Renewables, the predecessor to Climatize. The company scaled to 14 employees but closed down due to regulatory changes.

- Clear Blue Sea Initiative: Will founded and served as the President of the Clear Blue Sea Initiative, an organization affiliated with a nonprofit. The group worked on designing and implementing a Debris Collection System for the Floating Robot for Eliminating Debris project.

- Helix Electric: Will worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Helix Electric, overseeing electrical projects and performing quality control tasks.

- The Tau Beta Pi Association, Inc.: Will served as the Vice President at San Diego State University for the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society.

- Associated Students, San Diego State University: Will was elected as the College of Engineering Representative in the student government and held executive positions in the College of Engineering Student Council.

- NNERGIX: Will worked as an Energy Market Research Intern at NNERGIX, where they generated leads and developed a business plan for the United States market. Will also represented the company at the Intersolar Europe 2017 exhibition.

Will Wiseman has a diverse education history. Will obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainable Energy Technologies from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2021. Prior to that, in 2020, they completed a Master of Energy Engineering degree in Renewable Energy at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In the same year, they also pursued Management & Entrepreneurship studies at Esade. Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, Will pursued another Master of Science (MS) degree in Renewable Energy from EIT InnoEnergy. Before their master's degrees, they graduated from San Diego State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering. Will's educational journey began at Santa Cruz High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2010 to 2014.

Will has also acquired various certifications. In 2019, they obtained a Leadership Certificate from San Diego State University. In 2015, they obtained an Enriched Air Nitrox Diver (EANx) certification from NAUI Worldwide. In 2009, they received a NAUI Open Water Scuba certification, also from NAUI Worldwide.
