Jonathan Bach MSc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships at Climavision since June 2025, Jonathan is focused on transforming utility risk management and weather forecasting through advanced satellite technology. Previously, as the Commercial Deal Lead at Uplight, Jonathan managed deal strategy for significant utility RFPs. From December 2014 to November 2023, Jonathan held various leadership roles at Xcel Energy, driving strategic partnerships and market intelligence initiatives related to grid modernization and demand response. Earlier positions include management roles at EnerNOC, Energy Operations Group, American Express, and Newell Rubbermaid. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
