Gary Yoder provides regulatory compliance oversight for ClimeCo’s various service platforms, including air-permit application development, emission-rate calculations, air dispersion modeling, monitoring, recordkeeping and reporting system implementation.
Gary brings more than 25 years of industrial air-quality compliance expertise to his position. Previously, he ran Resolute Environmental LLC., a successful environmental firm specializing in pre and post-construction air-quality compliance services. Under his direction, Resolute advised large-scale industrial companies on regulatory compliance obligations and cost-effective air-quality control systems. Before that, as a project associate for O’Brien and Gere, Gary managed the rigors of air-quality regulations and state air toxic rules, ambient air concentrations, air dispersion modeling systems, and accidental release models.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in geography/pre-meteorology from Ohio University and a Master of Science in meteorology from North Carolina State University.
