Michelle McDevitt

Michelle joined ClimeCo in 2021 as an HR Manager. Dedicated to efficiency, she directs HR efforts with the overall goal of organizational development and people management. She partners with staff and leadership to promote a safe, healthy, diverse, and effective workforce. Before joining ClimeCo, Michelle worked at a nonprofit dedicated to protecting civil rights and civil liberties. She brings over eight years of HR and operations experience from the nonprofit and higher education industries.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Business Management from the University of Saint Joseph. Additionally, she has a Society for Human Resource Management Certification (SHRM-CP).
