Peter Lux

Peter Lux serves as President of Heritage Interactive Services – the premier provider of total waste management solutions known for helping facilities across North America achieve zero-waste-to-landfill status. Before assuming this role, Peter was the Chief of Staff & VP, Organization + People at Heritage Environmental Services, the largest privately held hazardous waste services provider in North America.

Before Heritage, Peter worked in management consulting with Berkeley Research Group and Huron Consulting Group, managing large client-facing teams through a variety of initiatives, including functional area process design, company-wide risk assessments, support during deferred federal prosecution and DOJ oversight situations, independent audits, organizational design/framework/budgeting of new initiatives, and strategic leadership retreat programming and facilitation.

Peter received a B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University (OH). Peter and his wife, Marissa, live in Indianapolis with their three children, Mark, Larry, and Adam.
