Constant Guédon is an innovative scientist with a decade of experience in inorganic material science and characterization, specializing in catalysis, chemical engineering, and materials manufacturing. They conducted fundamental research on Fischer-Tropsch catalysts at Shell Global Solutions from 2012 to 2017 and have been working as a researcher in advanced catalyst analysis at Shell since 2017. Constant's work involves relating the morphology and topology of inorganic porous systems to performance, as well as managing R&D portfolios. They earned their Ph.D. in Physics at Leiden University, where they focused on molecular charge transport, and completed both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Process Engineering at Wageningen University.
