Eric Ruhlmann

Eric Ruhlmann is a Senior Design Engineer at Climeworks since November 2022, leading the design and testing of a new vacuum door system and managing a team of six engineers. Prior to this role, Eric served as a System Engineer at Stadler from April 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included designing a subway system for Glasgow and coordinating across various departments. Eric began their career as a Fluid Calculation Engineer and then as a Mechanical Engineer at Liebherr Group from April 2013 to March 2017, focusing on optimizing the D9812 Diesel engine. Eric's professional experience also includes an engineering internship at Technicentre SNCF. Academically, Eric holds two Master of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Sud Alsace, along with a scientific baccalaureate in Engineering.
