Florian Eggert

Florian Eggert is a seasoned Chief Information Officer currently leading Climeworks. With extensive experience in IT strategy and digital transformation, they have previously held diverse roles at BASF, including Director Cyber Security and Director Project Management and PMO, where they led significant initiatives in project management and cybersecurity. Florian also played a key role in establishing BASF's digital hub for innovation in collaboration with other industry leaders. They earned a diploma in Computer Science and Business Administration from Reutlingen University and fulfilled a personal ambition by hiking the entire Pacific Crest Trail.
