Molly Tinker

Molly Tinker is a Manager in Carbon Markets at Climeworks, having begun this role in 2024. They previously worked at McKinsey & Company from 2022 to 2022, where they held various positions focused on sustainability, carbon markets, and climate policy. Molly gained valuable experience as a Corporate Responsibility Intern at Tata Trusts in 2018, conducting research in the Indian sports industry and presenting findings to management. They also contributed as a Volunteer Research Assistant with the Central Westcoast Forest Society in 2019, focusing on ecosystem health. Molly holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
