Snigdha Serikari

Snigdha Serikari is a seasoned professional in the fields of education and carbon markets, currently serving as the Lead for Carbon Markets at Climeworks since 2024. Previously, Snigdha held the position of Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2021 to 2024. A background in consultancy was established at Oxford Strategy Group from September 2019 to January 2020. Snigdha's experience also includes a significant role as Program Manager at Central Square Foundation, focused on enhancing school readiness for underprivileged children in India, and serving as Sr. Education Specialist at Educational Initiatives, where contributions included developing personalized assessments in Science and Math used internationally. Additionally, Snigdha co-founded Ignus Learning Solutions, a venture aimed at improving access to quality education in smaller towns in India.
