Tim Schoenholtz

Tim Schoenholtz is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Climeworks, where they focus on removing CO2 from the air permanently. With a Master of Science from RWTH Aachen University, they have also gained experience through various roles, including a student assistant at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT and internship positions at FEV Europe GmbH and Nkt Cables GmbH. Tim completed their Master’s thesis at INFICON and worked on projects at the Institut für Textiltechnik. They earned their Bachelor of Science from the same university, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering.
