Johan Andersson

Johan Andersson is a turnaround CEO and chief transformation officer with 30+ years driving turnarounds in the energy, mobility, and industrial sectors globally, and they delivered $100M+ EBITDA improvement in 12 months at a $1.5B company under stakeholder pressure. They are the executive chairman of Cling Systems, leading the commercial team and growth strategy, and they also serve as CEO of JFDI Älgö AB and as a non-executive director of Ocean Harvesting Technologies AB. Their prior roles included leadership positions at BP (including Global Corporate Strategy Manager and Nordics/Baltics Sales, Marketing and Operations Director) and board work at Transportföretagen, as well as chairing the Petroleumbranschens Arbetsgivareförbund. They earned an International Marketing degree from IHM Business School (1999–2001) and are Stockholm-based and internationally mobile.
