William Bergh is the founder and CEO of Cling Systems (2020–present), pursuing battery circularity and full traceability in the electric mobility battery value chain. They previously served as CEO for One Month at The Adecco Group Sweden in 2020 and co-founded Lund Formula Student's first electric racing team, taking a lead role in project coordination, concept development, sponsorship, and battery-pack design. In 2019, they completed an internship and a master thesis with Northvolt, researching design for recycling and mapping European return logistics for lithium-ion batteries. Their education includes a Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Energy Technology) from Lunds tekniska högskola (2015–2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University School of Economics and Management (2016–2017), along with an Environmental Studies B.A. from Hawaii Pacific University (2014–2015) and an exchange semester at Technische Universität München (2019–2020); they also completed Enskilda Gymnasiet (2011–2013).
