Simon Bédard started their work experience in 2009 as a Summer Intern at Caisse de Dépôt et placement du Québec. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Air Liquide Canada, where they assisted with the launch of a loyalty program and marketing activities for the company's 100th anniversary. From 2011 to 2014, Bédard worked at L'Oréal, starting as a Sales Representative and later becoming a Marketing Assistant for the Biolage brand portfolio. Simon then became a Product Manager, overseeing the Matrix haircolor product portfolio and launching the Colorinsider haircolor franchise. Bédard also served as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for managing Matrix's retail portfolio and developing strategies for Biolage, Total Results, Design Pulse, and Vavoom brands. In 2015, they founded Le Butler Marketing, and in 2016, they co-founded Clinia, where they currently hold the position of CEO & Co-founder. In 2017, Bédard participated in the Parcours Entrepreneurial Rémi-Marcoux program.
Simon Bédard has a bachelor's degree in Marketing from HEC Montréal, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Collège André-Grasset from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their Cégep degree in Administration. Additionally, in 2010, Simon briefly studied at Singapore Management University, although the specific degree and field of study were not provided.
