Clinical Supervision Now is a modern firm providing cost-effective, on-demand clinical supervisory staffing, training, and organizational assessments. Our licensed supervisors enable mental health providers to meet their ever-changing supervisory and legal obligations while saving time and money. Our transformational on-demand model for short- and long-term supervisors allows organizations to focus upon their core mission knowing their therapists are being properly developed, monitored and trained.

You need Clinical Supervision Now when:
• You have clinical supervision vacancies, including when supervisors depart, take vacations or fall ill.
• Your mental health team is overworked, thrashing or approaching burnout.
• Your organization is growing quickly, has merged or downsizing.
• Your therapists seeking licensure do not have adequate supervision as required by regulation or law.
• Your organization has not kept pace with changing rules and requirements.
• Your staff would benefit from training programs learning best practices.

On-Demand Supervisors
Our clinical supervisors are available for individual or group sessions and they can work with your staff on your site, in our office or online. We have a deep bench of clinical supervisory talent including LMFTs and LCSWs, and we work on an hourly basis saving you money.

Regulatory Risk Assessments
Over several days, we'll meet with you and your staff to conduct an in-depth review of your mental health program. We'll identify issues, highlight risks, and develop a written mitigation roadmap to help prevent the loss of funding, credentials or the ability to provide mental health services.

Training
Our training programs are developed by mental health professionals for mental health professionals. Conducted remotely or on-site, our training elevates your team’s game while re-energizing your staff.
