Charleton Lee

Charleton Lee currently serves as the Director of Quality Engineering at CliniComp, Intl., where responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO and Senior Leadership on strategic organizational projects and managing high-visibility initiatives for DOD, VA, and Commercial clients. Prior to this role, Charleton Lee was the Chief of Systems Integration and Support at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, overseeing the strategic development of IM/IT support services and focusing on business intelligence integration for improved decision-making and outcomes. Additionally, Charleton Lee held the position of Clinical Systems Program Manager, leading teams to implement electronic health and medical records systems to enhance documentation, quality of care, and patient outcomes within the medical center.
