Randall Kizer

Randall Kizer has a strong background in IT operations and software development. Randall has held several executive roles throughout their career. From 2020 to present, they have served as the Vice President of Software Engineering at CliniComp, Intl. In this role, they introduced new technologies to improve cyber-security and optimized various business processes.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, Randall worked as the Chief Information Officer at Baha'i National Center. Here, they were responsible for all aspects of IT operations, software development, and security. Randall upgraded critical infrastructure components and policies, particularly in cyber-security, and introduced new technologies to enhance the reliability and performance of the infrastructure.

From 2006 to 2016, Randall was the Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Security at Alliant Insurance Services. In this position, they oversaw all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and security. Randall successfully integrated multiple acquired companies into Alliant's IT components, introduced new technologies for operational efficiencies, and implemented a cyber awareness program.

Randall Kizer holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from National University. Randall also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Riverside. In addition to their academic qualifications, Randall has several certifications. In 1999, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)². In 2005, they earned the Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) certification, also from (ISC)². Furthermore, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2018.
