Clinic Altera is a psychotherapy and professional coaching practice based in Montreal and online, founded by Amanda Hankins, MSW, T.S, with a mission to support integration, growth, and leadership development in the complex lives of our clinicians and clients. We specialize in trauma therapy, performance and leadership coaching through a trauma-informed orientation and clinical supervision, with a focus on working with high performers, healthcare professionals, creatives, and diverse communities and families. 

Our work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. We are integrating somatic psychotherapy, psychodynamic theory, humanistic and relational therapeutic approaches, as well as strategic coaching. We serve adolescents (14+), adults, couples, and professionals navigating burnout, identity, perfectionism, and recovery from complex trauma.
