Abigail Cave

Abigail Cave has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Abigail started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology in October 2022, where they currently hold this role. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at the same company from July 2018.

Before joining Clio, Abigail worked as a Software Developer at AY Technologies from May 2017 to December 2017. During their time there, they played a key role in building Pizza Garden's online ordering application as a full-stack developer and contributed to creating an Agile work environment.

Abigail also gained experience as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia from September 2016 to April 2017 and from September 2014 to December 2014. In these roles, they assisted students, reviewed labs, facilitated group discussions, and provided prompt support both in and outside of class.

In addition, Abigail has worked as a Software Developer Co-Op at Work at Play from January 2016 to August 2016, where they collaborated with other developers in an Agile environment to create applications based on client requirements. Abigail also stayed up-to-date with the latest development tools through regular meetings.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Junior Software Tester at PQA Testing from September 2015 to December 2015. In this role, Abigail consulted with clients to determine their testing needs, identified and documented defects, and guided clients in understanding them.

Abigail's work experience also includes a role as a Senior Program Leader at Trout Lake Community Centre from June 2014 to August 2014. Abigail successfully organized summer camp activities for a large group of children, ensured their safety, and maintained effective communication with parents.

Overall, Abigail has demonstrated their skills as a software developer, tester, and teaching assistant in a variety of industries and settings. Abigail has extensive experience in both technical development work and supporting others in their learning journey.

Abigail Cave attended The University of British Columbia from 2012 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, focusing on this particular field of study.
