Alan Hennessy

Alan Hennessy has extensive experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2002, they worked at AOL, initially as a cancellations agent and later in customer service. Alan was promoted to the Broadband Admin team, where they led a project to improve the efficiency of dispatching replacement parts to customers.

From 2008 to 2012, Hennessy served as a Booking Coordinator for the Spraoi International Street Arts Festival. In this role, they were responsible for booking and scheduling artists, managing stage equipment and staff, and coordinating accommodations and transportation for the performers. Alan also led a project to relocate the main stage of the festival to a new location.

Hennessy then joined Patrick Hennessy Undertakers in 2012 as an Assistant Manager. Their responsibilities included client billing, staff management, logistics, and communications with external parties such as coroners' offices and media outlets. Alan also led a project to digitize the company's paper records dating back to the 1950s.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Team Manager at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health. Alan managed a team of 14 agents across multiple campaigns, handling tasks such as hiring, training, performance reviews, and client interactions.

In 2020, Hennessy worked as an Electronics Technician at North West Micro Services. Their main duties included collecting and inspecting damaged electronics for customers who experienced property damage, reconnecting undamaged electronics, and setting-up home theater systems.

In 2021, they joined FirstService Residential as an Administrative Assistant. Their responsibilities included drafting letters and correspondence, updating and maintaining databases, and ensuring records were current and accessible.

Currently, Hennessy is employed at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Alan started as an Onboarding Specialist, conducting training sessions and ensuring smooth transitions for customers adopting the software. Alan was later promoted to Intermediate Onboarding Specialist.

Alan Hennessy completed their Leaving Certificate at Waterpark College from 1988 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Diploma in Music at Ballyfermot College of Further Education from 2001 to 2002. In 2010 to 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Sport Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design, and Technology.
